What's the cost of getting the wrong values to your customers and FDA?

Working with various CROs and CDMOs, we've come to the question that many companies find themselves asking, "what is the cost of providing the wrong viscosity values to my customers and worse, having them submit the values for FDA approval?"

What many of our customers who do research on behalf of their customers will do is now include viscosity measurements as a plus to the full project. Various benefits of doing so includes but not limited to:

- Determining protein stability

- Calculating injectability

- Drug delivery design

- Shear dependent (Newtonian vs. non-Newtonian)

- Temperature dependent (Melting point)
