Thanks to the rapid-increase of our viscometers and chip orders, we are able to reduce price of new VROC® chips (exclusions apply to special chips). When servicing chips, we ask that the client send back the chip so we can run a quick diagnostic and proceed according to the diagnosis. As a result, servicing chips also became easier and more convenient, as we are exploring a more environmental friendly way to reduce the strain on your wallet and ultimately mother nature. Measuring viscosity should not be stressful, and we, at RheoSense, promise to ensure that value.Lastly, checking your option for Service contracts have always been encouraged, and it is now recommended more than ever. Purchasing a service contract will not only make sure that all damages are covered in the event of your chip is broken and/or fault, but it will grant priority when requesting new chips and build confidence in the way you measure viscosity.
